GoTeewe is a product of Vectorial Growth LLC (“GoTeewe”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit goteewe.com, book a demo, or subscribe to GoTeewe.
Who we are

Two roles: controller and processor
- Controller. For data about website visitors, demo requests and our own customers’ account and billing details, we decide how the data is used. This policy covers that data.
- Processor. When a business uses GoTeewe, the data it stores about its customers (leads, contacts, bookings, messages, reviews) belongs to that business. We process it only on their instructions, under our Data Processing Agreement. If you are a customer of a business that uses GoTeewe, contact that business about your data; we’ll help them respond.
What we collect as controller
Demo requests: name, email, phone, business name, website, type of business, plan of interest, and anything you write in the form. Customers: account details, billing contact, plan, invoices and payment status (card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us), support conversations. Browsing: with your consent, data collected by Meta Pixel and Google Analytics (pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location, identifiers). Declined = not loaded. Technical logs: IP address and request data processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.

We don’t sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers under contract, for example:
- Hosting (Vercel Inc., USA)
- Platform infrastructure that powers GoTeewe’s CRM, booking and automation features (USA)
- SMS and voice delivery (Twilio Inc., USA)
- Email delivery providers (USA/EU)
- Payment processing (Stripe, Inc. and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.)
- Analytics and advertising, only with consent (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; Google Ireland Ltd.)

International transfers
We are based in the United States, and some providers are too. For transfers of EU/EEA or UK personal data to the US we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Demo requests that don’t become customers: up to 24 months.
- Customer account and billing data: for the life of the account, then as long as accounting law requires (typically 7 years for invoices).
- Data stored in a customer’s GoTeewe account: until the customer deletes it or closes the account, then deleted within 90 days, except backups which roll off on their normal cycle.
- Analytics: per the tools’ retention settings, max 26 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time (cookie settings link in the footer, or email us). Contact hello@goteewe.com; we reply within one month. In the EU/EEA or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority (for example IMY in Sweden or the ICO in the UK).
Security
Access to customer data is limited to people who need it to provide the service. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Cookies
Only strictly necessary storage (your cookie choice) is used without consent. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you click Accept. The GoTeewe app itself uses cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be emailed to customers.
